2. Compliance Responsibility of the Buyer

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer (purchasing entity) to:

Buyers must independently validate documentation and ensure internal compliance procedures are followed.

4. Limitation of Liability

MNDI Trade Kft assumes no liability for:

• Misuse or unsafe application of goods sourced
• Regulatory violations by the buyer or third parties
• Use of unverified or outdated documentation

Use of goods is at the buyer’s risk. MNDI Trade Kft makes no warranty on product fitness, merchantability, or compliance beyond what is provided by the manufacturer or seller.

5. Export Control and Sanctions

The buyer is responsible for compliance with:

• EU Council Regulation 428/2009 (Dual-Use)
• EU Sanctions Regimes and UN Security Council Resolutions
• National restrictions in origin and destination countries

MNDI Trade Kft reserves the right to refuse facilitation of any transaction involving embargoed destinations or restricted parties.

6. Notification of Risk

By proceeding with regulated goods through MNDI Trade Kft, the buyer affirms:

• They are a legitimate business entity
• They accept full responsibility for legal obligations
• They have read and understood this disclaimer
