By entering into any business relationship with MNDI Trade Kft, you agree to uphold the principles outlined below.

1. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Follow EU regulations (e.g. REACH, CLP, GDPR) where applicable
• Meet industry-specific obligations (e.g. health, safety, transport, customs)
• Maintain valid licenses, registrations, and permits

2. Labor and Human Rights

• Prohibit forced labor, slavery, and human trafficking
• Prohibit child labor in accordance with ILO conventions and local law
• Ensure fair wages, working hours, and benefits
• Provide safe, non-discriminatory, and respectful work environments
• Ensure subcontractors also comply with these standards

3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure safe workplaces and provide protective equipment
• Minimize environmental impact via responsible waste and emissions management
• Comply with environmental laws based on industry and geography
• Encourage sustainable practices in sourcing, packaging, and transport

4. Business Integrity and Ethics

MNDI Trade Kft has zero tolerance for:

• Bribery, corruption, or facilitation payments
• Fraud, false declarations, or product mislabeling
• Misuse of confidential or proprietary data

Suppliers must:

• Accurately represent products, services, and certifications
• Avoid conflicts of interest in any business activities
• Cooperate with audits or verification requests

5. Supply Chain Transparency

• Disclose product and raw material origin upon request
• Maintain clear records of all subcontractors or third parties involved
• Notify MNDI Trade Kft of changes in production, certification, or risk

6. Non-Compliance

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

• Suspension of orders or payments
• Contract termination
• Legal action where applicable
