Anti-Corruption and Trade Compliance Statement

MNDI Trade Kft maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward corruption, bribery, and any form of unlawful commercial practice. As an internationally operating sourcing and procurement firm, we recognize our responsibility to comply with all applicable trade laws and anti-corruption regulations and expect the same from all our business partners.

1. Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery

MNDI Trade Kft prohibits:

• Bribery in any form, including cash payments, gifts, entertainment, or other benefits given with the intent to influence business decisions
• Facilitation payments or unofficial “fees” to secure routine services
• Kickbacks or undisclosed commissions tied to supplier relationships
• Collusive bidding, price-fixing, or market manipulation

This policy applies to all employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and any person acting on our behalf.

Our standards are informed by:

• The United Nations Convention against Corruption
• The OECD Anti-Bribery Convention
• EU Directive 2017/1371 on fraud affecting the Union’s financial interests
• Hungarian Act C of 2012 on the Criminal Code – Articles 290–295 (Bribery and Influence Peddling)

2. Trade and Sanctions Compliance

MNDI Trade Kft conducts trade in full compliance with:

• EU export control regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2021/821 on dual-use items
• UN Security Council Resolutions on international sanctions
• Hungarian national trade and customs laws
• Embargo restrictions, end-use limitations, and denied-party screening procedures

We do not engage in transactions with:

• Entities or individuals on EU, UN, OFAC, or other official sanctions lists
• Countries under comprehensive embargoes unless legally authorized
• Counterparties who fail to provide required documentation, licensing, or end-use certificates

3. Partner and Supplier Expectations

We expect all our partners to:

• Maintain internal policies to prevent bribery, fraud, and export violations
• Accurately declare the nature, origin, and destination of goods
• Report any unethical or unlawful behavior related to our business immediately
